Alright guys, What are your thoughts on walking outside ?, I do my cardio indoors because of convenience, I train weights and then do the cardio after to save time. The weather is cold, so that puts me off the cardio outside as well.

ankle clicking when training hamstrings ?
I have been getting a clicking in my ankles when I do lying hamstring curls for some reason. Does anyone else get this as well ? How do I fix it ?

Wrist not straight on bench press?
I find my left side is ok when benching. I have trouble with my right side. My wrist is unable to be kept straight and not incline. I use dumbbells. How to get accurate weight reading?
I weight myself on a empty stomach. I weight myself with a digital scale. I place the scale on the floor and get different reading when I move the scale. The previous owner did not have level flooring so that could be the reason. I want a accurate reading what should I do ?

Mini cut ?
Hi there. I was bulking for 6 months or so. It was a good bulk. I kept it clean. I am now on a mini cut for 2 months or so till I can see my abs.

I missed 2 leg sessions.
I missed the first leg session because I had to pick up someone from the airport which was a 10 hour drive. I missed the other leg session because something important came up. I am going to train legs on Monday from now on. So that I don't miss any sessions.

How to train legs with a ?
I am fasting for Ramadan. I am only eating 2 meals but those 2 meals are big in size. When I was squatting it is hard to keep brace because the food in my stomach is still not digested. I even wait 2 hours before I train legs but the whole session I feel like throwing up. Any suggestions.

What's your gym split?
My split is a 6 day routine. Monday - chestand triceps Tuesday - back and biceps Wednesday - legs Thursday - chest and triceps Friday - back and biceps. I Saturday - shoulders Sunday - off Volume is lower because I'm training same muscle twice a week. Reps vary if I feel like going heavy or light.

Migraine during workout?
I was training in the gym today. It was a good workout, I don't know why but I suddenly got this migraine. The migraine is really bad. I could not train with the correct intensity and had to back off. I was supposed to do the bar Rows but because of the migraine I settled for some seated rows. Does anyone else get this ?

Barbell squat Vs smith machine squats?
I have been doing barbell squats. I find my lower back takes more taxing than my quads. My mobility is not good so I go wide stance. I was thinking of smith machine squats so my quads are more worked and also the issue of stabilising is gone. I want big legs for me function is not really a concern.
