I was watching a documentary called what the health. Is it possible to go vegan and maintain muscle mass and gain size.
The documentary was really good.

I had my blood checked 2 weeks or so. The results came good. My cholesterol and kidney etc came back all good.

Check out some of the other threads on these boards. The documentary contains a lot of bias, inaccuracies and fear-mongering.

That being said, a vegan diet is one of many that can help you meet the goals you've stated.

It is possible but it takes a lot of work to hit your protein goals and B12.

What the Health is not a documentary, it's poorly produced fiction and fearmongering. As far as evidence-based truth, it's a bogus pile of steaming poo. Even many reliable vegan sources have said it's over the top and ridiculous.

Nonetheless, it is possible (albeit challenging) to be a vegan bodybuilder.

[ETA:] That's not to say that veganism isn't a valid diet/lifestyle, if one so chooses. It certainly can be, with proper nutrition choices. Like any other diet/way of eating, there are also many perfectly good ways to screw it up and make it unhealthy.
