What to eat with eggs?
I am going to cook eggs. I don't want bread. I want a nice dish. I was not sure. I have been told I need to eat better carb choices so I have not been eating bread. I have wholegrain bread but it is high in fat. I am eating eggs and that's already high in fat.

Start with lat pulldown?
On back day is it best to start to with lat pulldown to warm up and then do rows or do lat pulldown at the end to finish the lats ?

Lower back pain?
Any tips or advice. I have been getting this pain since Friday. I was training legs and my lower back became stiff after heavy squats. The pain is better but is still slightly sore if bend over and the pain just comes back.

Smith machine incline
Opinions on this. I like the barbell and dumbells. I use dumbell incline but I also add in a bar type movement as well. The smith machine allows me to focus on my chest.

Skipping the gym due to lower back pain?
I woke up today with lower back pain. It is hard to even bend over or tie my shoe laces. I don't know what I did. I woke up like this. I had a heavy leg day yesterday but my back was ok. It was a little tight but woke up today with pain.

What is considered too much protein?
How much is considered too much ? I am eating 2700 calories and bulking and my protein intake is 260-270. I am eating a 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fat. I weigh 196 lb 89 kg. Height 5 ft 11 Male.

Are Calories all equal?
Are calories all equal ? I can either have 2 slices of bread with chocolate nutella spread and a bar of snickers or I can have 3 white potatoes with cheese and a can of tuna. Why don`t people not unrack their weighs?
In my gym it so annoying to see this. It happens every day, it is people who do not unpack their weights or leave dumbbells on the ground causing a hazard. Changing leg day due to another day
I train legs on a Sunday, i am fatigued by Sunday because i train Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,Friday, Saturday then Sunday legs. I was thinking of training legs on Thursday which will give me more and that way i can get 2 rest days.

I weighed 88.4 kg on January 29, it is now march 26 and my weight is 91.9 kg. Is this too much weight in the 2 months frame?

I want some tips. I am going to bench incline with dumbells tomorrow. I have been getting pain in my wrist due to my wrist and elbows it being straight. How do i keep my wrist and elbows straight. Should i have a slight flare of the elbows?

Forearm/elbow pain
I am getting pain in my right forearm beside my elbow. It is due to bad benching form I had. My wrist was bending back and my forearm and elbows were not straight. I was thinking of taking a week and coming back and try to improve my form.

How many exercises for legs?
I have squats barbell back, smith machine squats, leg press. I then do stiff legged deadlifts, hamstring curls and leg extensions. Is that too many exercises?

What do you guys think of chest and shoulders on the same day. Or shoulders separate. I like the idea of chest and shoulders it leaves me a extra day where I can get a rest day and also I can do shoulders twice a week. Using plates under heels to squat?
I was thinking of trying plates under the heels when squatting, my and mobility is not good. I stretch and I foam roll. Would plates under the heels be ok? I use a wider stance on squats. I find my lower back rounds without it.
