Gosh, I don't know how if could cut calories while on holidays, eating is such a huge part of the holiday...
a week of two off the gym wont hurt but you could still keep active in other ways...swimming/walking etc.

    have fun

At a 2700 calorie intake (as per your diary) I'm guessing that your work outs account for more than 100-200 cals. so, I think if you intend to be inactive your calorie drop should be greater: Probably in the 300-350 range?

But, you can still work out without the gym - Look at progressive body weight exercises. Even experienced trainees can work out to failure with properly performed, intermediate and advanced body weight moves (hand stand press ups anyone?)

@RunRutheeRun "The Holidays" to Americans is not the same as "on holiday" to rest of world (although in the UK we do seem to be adopting "The Holidays" to mean festivals such as Christmas) - I'm guessing OP means "I'm going on holiday" equivalent to US "I'm going on a vacation"?

I actually thought he meant he was going on vacation/holiday, I am from UK too @StealthHealth
I never can get my head around The Holidays just referring to Christmas when I go on holiday several times in the year

Gee, instead of cutting calories...how about trying some new exercises? Vacations (sorry, Yankee here) are a great time to get walking in, for instance. It may not be the same as at the gym, and not strength exercise, but you can fairly easily get 100-200 calories burned with an hour or less of walking.

I'm on holiday for a month, it has been hard to hit my protein intake because the whey protein is not clean, the animal products are not clean, iv been eating lots of carbohydrates.

One month out of the gym without other strength exercise? You should postpone the bulk until after your holidays. Continuing to eat in calorific excess (regardless of protein amount) will just mean you'll gain fat.
