I do dumbell incline, I noticed my right wrist bends side ways for some reason, I get pain and clicking. How can I keep my wrist straight and elbows in line?
It has been really annoying me.

Video?
Also, does it happen when you go lighter?
Also, where are your elbows? Straight out? Or close to your sides?
If you could imagine shoving someone away from you, that mimics the proper movement.1 -
are you using dumbbells or the bar? either way, drop the weight and build up your wrist strength until you can keep your wrists straight and your elbows in line and your form good. squeeze the bar hard, keep your lats engaged, shoulders down and back. If you get your shoulders locked into place that helps your elbows line up right. If you are pressing the bar, try different grip widths. you could also use wrist wraps tightly wrapped for additional support. i personally dont care for them but lots of people like they. they do add support, but gotta be tight.
post a video for form check0
