10,000 calorie challenge on a Bulk?

How to transition from a cut to a bulk?

Body part weakeness
Hello I wanted to ask, I have a lagging chest, arms, back and legs, my shoulders are ok but they can do with some more size. I am now bulking, would the best thing to bring them up in the bulk be to more volume.

What to do use for tendonitis?
I was wondering is it best to use a ice or heat pad to heal tendonitis, i heard using a heat pad and when resting will promote blood to tv tendons and after training use ice. I have been icing my tendon whilst sitting at home should I change to using heat pad.

Training with tendonitis
Hello, I have some pain in my left elbow, it is close to my foreaem video region. It is hurting, iv been resting for a week and icing it. It has gotten better but it's still sore, I was told just to train around it and do lighter weights. What would you recommend doing light weights or rest and ice.

I have noodles, what to do ?

Chest Lagging
Hello, I have a really lagging muscle which is the chest. I find it is one of my weakest muscle groups, I want more fullness, I have been doing incline to make the upper chest more fuller,I agree you cant target parts of muscles. when I do side chest it is dropping, I find my right side chest is more worse.
