Hello, I am really confused, I really want k gain some size, iv been told, I am skinny fat, my bidyfat is not high but if I take my shirt off, it does not look like I lift. I want to gain some size ( muscle), I was thinking of doing a slow bulk. My age is 25, height is 5 ft 11, weight is 83.8kg.

Another vote for stronglifts! You can download the app at the website @agwhitegroup listed, and use it to track your progress at the gym. It's very simple, and you only have to learn five lifts.0
