Hello all, I was training on Saturday back, I was doing pull ups, I have no idea but I really hurt my bicep forearm region, its not the bicep its the forearm region, where you turn the arm, it hurts to turn my arm in a supa nation, its been really hurting, it has been getting better, I went to the gym to do some light back, I was bent over rows, the pain was still there, I left the gym and just iced it, I was thinking of not training for this week and let it heal, rest until Monday, Monday I train legs, I would be resting 6 days or so.

If it is not better in one to two days you might want to have it checked out by a doc to be sure. Otherwise one thing I have found that helps me is VooDoo floss. Try that to see if it helps heal and drink lots of water. Hope it gets better soon.1

I messed up my knee permanently by not paying attention to the pain in my knee when weight lifting. Some time off isn't going to affect you in the long run. You don't want to end up with an injury that stops you for longer or requires surgery. I also agree, see a doctor if you are still in pain.1

It's much better, I will be icing it this week and doing some stretching to it.0
