Body part weakeness

Hello
I wanted to ask, I have a lagging chest, arms, back and legs, my shoulders are ok but they can do with some more size. I am now bulking, would the best thing to bring them up in the bulk be to more volume.

    so just your shoulders aren't lagging? what is your program?

    I made it on my own.
    Monday - legs
    Tuesday - chest and triceps
    Wednsday - Back
    Thursday - shoulders
    Friday chest and tricep
    Saturday back
    Wednesday Back session is rowing. The 2nd back workout is pulling so lat pull downs etc.

    Sounds like you need to follow a good hypertrophy program and eat more.

    Follow an established plan. An established plan will tell you what to do. It doesn't make sense to spend energy making up a new plan when there are many good plans available and you could be spending that energy on other things (e.g., lifting weights.) A couple of programs you could look at:

    - Candito linear
    - Lyle McDonald general bulking
    - PHUL
