Scale is broken, what to do with calorie intake

I have started bulking around 3 weeks or so now, my scale is broken, I can't check my weight so I'm not sure how many calories I should be eating
I was cutting on 2400, I added 300 on top of that, I was thinking of adding a extra 100 calories on top of that.
I would check my weight next week, but it would be confidential because I might gain the right amount or too much and then I won't know what caused it.

You could buy a new scale.

What about the weight, how would I know if I gained too much weight, what caused it.

You upped calories for 3 weeks by 300/day? Did I get that right? Do the math cause if you are in a sure surplus you can bet you gained weight, now what is fat and what is muscle is yet to be determined..

Did you or do you take body measurements, from the beginning of the bulk to now? Photos? Caliper? Look and feel in your clothes? This will help tell you about any weight gain.

I was thinking keep with the 2700 then weigh myself next week, take that number and keep the calories same and weigh again next week to see how much I gain.
I am trying to gain 1 lb every 2 weeks if possible.

weight change is not linear. Weight gain could be fat, water, or muscle. It will fluctuate up and down. You can't really draw any conclusion in one week.
