Shall I reduce my calorie intake?

I have been bulking, I was unsure of my calorie intake, I am gaining about 3 lb week, I had to guestimate on one of the days, I tried to stay on track.
Shal i reduce my calorie intake slightly by 100 and then see next week.
How much weight sgihms I be gaining on a weekly basis?

    Bro science says you can gain 2lb of muscle a month. Mind - pure muscle, not fat and water weight. Just track your waistline, if you get too much fat around it cut down on calories. Muscle growth is a very, very slow process it takes years, if you are natty. So you'd want to look athletic while your bulking. Best of luck! ;)

    3lbs a week is going to make you get fat very fast. A 1500cal surplus everyday is not necessary. Most people advise between 200-500cals.
