Purely from a calorie perspective, just over two pounds. While you may not care about that you need to keep in mind that you started your bulk at a fairly high body fat and the higher your body fat the worse your body is at nutrient partitioning. You're compounding the issue by having cheat days on a bulk and eating almost 4x the amount of calories your body needs in a day.

My body fat is not high, I only weigh 180 lb, my body fat is around 16℅ or so. I was on a long cut. I have only started the bulk about a month ago.

I have been increasing my calories slowly, I was cutting on 2400 calories, I am now eating 2700, it has been slowly increasing.

16% is high for starting a bulk as a man. Doesn't matter how long your cut was.

I needed more muscle mass, if I kept cutting , I would have become skinny fat.

Bulking at a higher body fat leads to greater fat gains than someone who starts a bulk leaner. If you were lifting you weren't going to end up skinny fat, you were just going to end up significantly smaller than you would have preferred.

On here? Many of us stated that you shouldn't bulk until your body fat was lower. You told us you were sick of cutting and we said a recomp was a far better option for you at this point. Since starting your bulk you have posted several threads about this 10,000 calorie challenge and you posted about a cheat day. People keep pointing out that you are looking for excuses to eat like you used to. Cheats and this challenge aren't helping you build muscle. Take a step back and a long look at your true intentions compared to your goals. Reconsider this bulking idea because you aren't mentally or physically ready.

It's only 309 calories over my deficit, my bulk is not a huge surplus, I am trying to keep my body fat down, whilst trying to build muscle nass

You're going to try to keep your body fat down by eating at a surplus, plus an extra 300 calories once per week, plus an extra 7,500 calories just to say you did it. That doesn't sound like you are trying to keep your body fat down.

What I mean is that my surplus is controlled, I could have the mad surplus bigger but I kept it small to keep bodyfat going up too high, in a bulk your body fat will raise, I am bulking but I want to do it slowly.

The problem is that you are already at the body fat percentage that people stop bulking at. They stop bulking around 16-18% because insulin sensitivity goes down and testosterone production slows. These are natural responses when a man's body gets above around 15%. These factors also impact lean mass gains.

Either way, it's your body. I doubt you'll see the results you anticipate, but we all have to learn in our own ways. Good luck.

Do you really need us to give you permission so you don't feel guilt....

Do what you want, it's your life. You can be a big boy and/ or girl and decide for yourself. Don't let people here tell you if its okay or not. Your posts after your OP don't make sense either. What's the point of a 10k cheat day? Stupid imo

Yeah why 10,000 calories, What's the point?? That's a ridiculous amount of food.

If you want to eat that much then go ahead, but i really don't see the point or benefits to doing this..

The only benefit I can see is to put on some fat for the winter lol

I'm no expert, but 10,000k in a day is surely going to end up contributing far more fat than muscle... there's a reason bulks are controlled and not an all you can eat buffet... It sounds more like an excuse to go crazy with the foods.

If I were going to eat 10,000 calories in a day my meals would comprise of chocolate chip cookies, cake and donuts. WTF is the point of eating 10,000 calories in one day except to say you did it? (and probably end up with a terrible stomach ache the next day)

Unless you are a youtuber who makes money from posting videos of these calorie challenges, they are for the most part pointless. All you will achieve is a tonne of water weight, a distended stomach and potentially some additional fat gain.

That aside, if you feel like you need to do it, just do it. Why ask for strangers approval online?!
