I train legs on a Sunday, i am fatigued by Sunday because i train Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,Friday, Saturday then Sunday legs.
I was thinking of training legs on Thursday which will give me more and that way i can get 2 rest days.

I'm not sure what your goal is, but legs need rest. 2 days rest sounds good to me. I train legs only twice a week.

What's your weekly routine? What are you doing that's making your legs fatigued before the actual leg day?

Not leg fatigue just exhausted from training 5 days before leg day.

    Train 2 on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off

Sounds like the plan you are following is not a very good one at all

OP uses their own made up plan if I remember from previous threads.

Excellent example of why not to use one's own made up plan.

Not a big deal to change days around or take a few day break to recover. However if you are doing it a lot you should take a look at your plan and Makes adjustments

Get on Stronglifts or 5/3/1 where it gives you a clear cut plan on what to do and when to do it.

At this point, you're spinning your wheels.
