I want some tips. I am going to bench incline with dumbells tomorrow. I have been getting pain in my wrist due to my wrist and elbows it being straight.
How do i keep my wrist and elbows straight. Should i have a slight flare of the elbows?

They shouldn't be flared out parallel with eachother. They should be tucked in a bit. If you're allowing your wrists to bend that would be the cause of the pain. Can't really diagnose without seeing the problem though1

Press, standard grip bench, and incline's your forearms should be vertical in all directions.
Wrist pain might be how you are gripping the DB.
You pretty much want them similar to a bulldog grip for the barbelll.0 -

use an appropriate weight dumbbell, if you are struggling to keep your wrist straight, get a lighter weight.0 -

Is that the punctuation equivalent of "Let's eat, Grandma" vs "let's eat Grandma"?

All kidding aside, the advice is spot on. A big part of lifting free weights is learning how to control the weight and use proper form. So you need to master that first before moving to the "strength training" part. Choose a weight that allows you to keep control of the movement from start to finish. Keep tension in the muscles as you lower the weight. You might even try some single arm presses to improve concentration.1
