I noticed my arms shake like noodles when I'm pushing heavier weights on pushing movements like bench or incline dumbbells.
Why is this ?

Lot's of reasons this could be happening. Mostly an issue with beginners pushing too close to their max and weak stabilizers.1 -
Hows your program going and which one did you pick?2

Too much weight and/or not enough strength.
Use less weight so that you don't shake and struggle and add more weight in increments of around 5-10# in order to gain strength progressively over time.1 -
Normally if you're able to move the weight but it moves slowly and arms are shaking its because you either have weak stabilizer muscles or it could be that you're glycogen depleted.1

So you mean like he did a 2 hour endurance event and then lifted? Cause that's what it would take to be glycogen depleted. Kind of unlikely wouldn't you say?1
