Hi all, I have been suffering with the cold for almost 4 days.
I took time off work and the gym to rest. I am feeling better but I am still feeling tired and throat is still sore. I am coughing up phlem and ears are still sore.
I feel better but not 100%, I was thinking of taking one more day off.
What do you think?

Give yourself recovery time. Maybe walking or bodyweight work at home.
Stay out of the gym until you are not contagious. Try not to go until your cough and the phlegm are gone.
Get well soon.

I only allow a cold to interrupt my schedule if I am contagious. I might do less, but I would still show up.1

This. For the sake of others in the gym.
It won't be that long and you can be right back at it.
