Olympic weight lifting shoes?

I am looking to buy Olympic weight lifting shoes, I was wondering what size should I order. I was told to order 1 size bigger than my size.

    It depends on the brand. I have Adidas, to make sure I ordered the correct size I went to a shoe store and tried on a couple of different pairs (non lifting) in my size, wearing socks that I would normally wear. They were true to size.

    I wear Nike romaleos 3, and my normal shoe size fits me.

    I have Innov8 fastlift and mine are a little bit too big actually. but they work fine.
