I am studying for a SET test. I was stuck on this question.
It is on section 2 of this page, question number 6. The answer is 72% but I have no idea how they answers comes to that.

Need more information it should have at least two numbers to solve the question. This is the formula. Need to know X or Y. So for example, if I substitute 83 arbitrary in the question it works out that 72% of 83 is 59.7.
