You could but the workout would not be as productive because I can't consume water.

I have to meet calories goal. I am only eating 2 meals. It's 3 am to 10 pm is when I can't eat or drink.

I lowered the weight today. I usually do 4 sets of 110 kg, I had to do 4 sets of 100 kg.

It was the beginning of a migraine. I was supposed to back and biceps but had to finish and go home. I took pain killers before it got worse.

I would use a hack squat but the gym does not have one.

When doing back squat the bar is oh my traps and not on anterior deltoids. My right shoulder has a slight impingement.

My cousins wedding is on July 5th. I dont want to get skinny fat then keep going in a cycle. Thats why I was bulking to get some muscle mass.

My calories came from good foods. I do follow IFYM but I try to get majority of my calories from good sources. I try to keep my body fuel clean. It has helped my performance in the gym. I am also drinking a gallon of water a day.

I dont hate to eat. When the eating gets too much then it can become annoying. I eat around 5-6 meals a day. I am bulking so it can get annoying.
