Nothing wrong with going over on fat. Just keep your calories on target and move on.2 -

OK then eat all the calories MFP gives you. I'm sure since you are bulking you are able to eat more fat than a lot of people on this site (since most are trying to lose weight). Don't be afraid of eating fat, is there a reason you are so concerned about being over this macro by 6%?2 -

Nothing wrong with eating more fat in a bulk. Nothing wrong with eating more anything in a bulk for that matter.0 -

Depends what else you've eaten today1 -
My calories came from good foods. I do follow IFYM but I try to get majority of my calories from good sources.
I try to keep my body fuel clean. It has helped my performance in the gym.
I am also drinking a gallon of water a day.0 -

How do you categorize "body fuel" that is clean?
How do you know it's helped your performance instead of just natural progression through stress, recovery, and adaptation?

Sounds par.
They usually contain oil, possibly nuts/seeds, and perhaps soy which is higher in fat for a legume. 11g per patty is not that bad actually. What brand did you buy?

IMO it depends on what else you have with it, what else you have in the day. It might not be enough even.0
