Yay, if you need it. I sometimes need it but I do wait about 45 minutes to then workout after I eat because I do Cross-fit and I end up feeling nauseous when I push hard. I also will do protein shake instead of a snack.

You can make oat meal [plain no sugar] with Stevia as a sweetner and stay away from all tropical fruits like bananas, mangos, pineapples and so on. You can also have an egg and egg white with vegetables as an omelet to get more protein in your diet. Stay away from bread, pasta and anything made with flour cause that also…

I just realized that even the occasional glass of wine or tequila causes me to crave sweets. So now I am just quitting all together because my body just reacts to where I end up eating sweets cause the cravings are so bad. I have never been a big drinker so I am not bored without it, but I would like to have an occasional…

Keep in mind that around the time you are about to get your period you gain weight. I do about 6 lbs or less and it always freaks me out but once my period is over I am back down to where I was or even lower. Always keep that in mind and dont get discouraged keep going! :heart:

I did Boot Camp, I would of done Jump rope but I am still too heavy and my knee was hurting so he had me do 150 diamond shape sit-ups...........yes, it was hard :bigsmile:

the fruit choices are high in sugar content, if you want to eat fruit eat non tropical fruits like apples, melons, citris fruits. I know you dont like to eat vegetables but in order to lose the fat you are going to have to eat them to take in enough good healthy calories.

Look into Boot Camps, I also get bored of workouts and I found that Boot Camps change it up so that its not the same all the time and helps you lose and make you strong. My trainer is pretty reasonable you maybe able to find one too. I had a gym membership and have cancelled it because nothing has kept me motivated as much…

Congrats! I can relate since I have over 100 lbs to lose but hearing that you felt as I sometimes feel now gives me hope that it will get better and I will reach my goal as long as I keep moving forward. Thank you for sharing :happy:

To all feel free to add me too....I am currently going to Boot Camp three times a week, I am on my 4th month and now have started to change my diet and going with the Trainer's recommendations. So far I have lost about 7 lbs and have a lot more to go :smile:

It doesnt make you fat, its because you dont change your diet that it builds muscle under the fat so you look fatter but in reality you are not helping yourself by not changing your diet. RESOLVE: Continue the workouts with modified diet to intake less carbs and sugar so you lose the fat and your body stops storing…
