I have done my 2nd day of level 1 and I never thought it could hurt so much just to sit down on the toilet lol, I feel so drained this afternoon. I have been exercising to extremes for over a year and even tore a ligament in my knee, but I have never felt it the day after like this dreading star jumps tomorrow :cry:
