This is where protein bars can come in handy!

Some grilled chicken with some lemon juice! Or fish!

Also, judging by how amazing you have been doing. Regardless of the scale you will reach your goal very soon!
-
That is frustrating! Try weighing yourself at a gym or somewhere that has an actual weighted scale and then use both scales to figure out which one is the closest. Then use that one.

Awesome story! Congrats and thanks for sharing!

Stay away if you can, lots of health problems associated with sodium, retains water etc.

I wouldn't worry at all, just eat as much excercise calories as you can but trust your body and listen to it. If you feel fine then you are fine. After a while your body will adapt to the excercise by raising the metabolic rate and that's when you will start to need more food to stay nourished. But your body will tell you…

I'm starting to realize this just now. I have more energy and feel more confident! But I can't wait until that BMI says that I'm normal and not overweight!

Great subject! Thanks for bringing it up! My wife is having a similar issue and has always battled low iron. So that makes sense. Also, my doctor told me to avoid excessive use of alot of shampoo's because the chemicals will strip the hair of their nutrients. I've started to only use Conditioner everyday and shampoo once…

Not at all! That's why I hope to lose as much before Christmas because I know I will be gaining!

Some people...not all but some, think it's ok to say that to men and not women for some reason. I appreciate the honesty most of the time but when people say things to get under your skin it sucks!

I agree with you ickybella I'm really doing it for myself! And the one main person I want to impress is my doctor when I have the next check up! But let's be honest it's nice to get the positive comments rather than "Man you've put on a lot of weight!!" Oh family!!!!

A little bit of "Jersey Shore" going on there but otherwise rock it! If you like it then who cares what other people think.

I should have mentioned in my previous post that soreness of your muscles does not indicate whether a workout is good or bad. It just means you pushed your body to something your body is not used to. It's not a bad or good thing, but you have to be careful not to always try and achieve this soreness because it is not…

Your body is sore because you have caused tears in your muscle fibers which your body will heal and become stronger, that's how you achieve muscle growth. Your body will need more nutrients to support this healing and growth which will increase your metabolism so your husband is correct! Keep up the good work!

Thanks everyone for the support! I'm sure I'll find it soon...Hopefully! I'm not sure if I can get mine resized because of the designs on it, much like your case erickirb so that is some really good advice! I forgot how uncomfortable the engagement ring is to wear! Oh well!

I have a brother that has six pack abs and looks like a gap model half the time! So I definately know how you feel lol! No worries, just keep working for yourself and work hard to feel the way you want to feel and the rest doesn't matter!

Welcome and good luck!

The last week has been stagnant with no ups or downs but I was off MFP for a while so I hope to get back on track this week!

I think it's too little of calories as well. Make sure to consume some of the calories you have burned so you atleast net over 1200 calories. Seems like too much water as well (yes, there is such a thing.) Keep in mind that when people recommend 8 glasses a day they mean your overall intake of water which includes water…

Thanks for all the support!
