Losing 2-3 pounds a week at your current weight should be okay at first, but like you said it will slow and every 3 weeks you'll probably have to change it up to keep your progress going...also don't be disappointed if you don't lose that much week to week like you also said :)

Yes I just realized yesterday that it was in two weeks bah!! I sympathize with you, and must let you know that I will personally not write it off as a cheat day :( Although I should because I never have cheat days bah!

I'd definitely have to agree with this one. My family has always been a huge obstacle for me when I've tried to adopt a healthy lifestyle...until I put my foot down! You have the right to control exactly what goes in your body!
