  • I needed to read this today...I and 7 yrs out and today I stepped on the scale and have regained 61 pounds!! I know what I have done wrong and I tried to regroup at he 40 pound regain and I dropped nothing. Not sure what to do from here; get off night shift might help!!

  • I am really glad that you posted this. I LOVE weights.....and with my foot issues I have I can still do weights. I do sit at a desk all day then get home late so I will still need the cardio but I can do the stationary bike and the eliptical w/o hurting my foot...the treadmill for me is a no go.
