We don't adhere to a strict schedule by any means, every day is different. I workout at home, either in the morning, if I can get them to stay in the living room watching a movie. If that doesn't happen, they take their nap at 1 so I will workout then. I feel like naps/quiet time are really important for everyone during…

I've already had about 64 oz and haven't worked out yet, so I know I'll reach this goal by the end of the day. I have to drink a ton of water to feel like a normal functioning human being!

For 2 adults, 2 small kids, and one small dog, we spend around $150 per week for groceries, toiletries and some household items like paper towels. Sometimes it's a bit more or less.

I was worried about being sore and not taking any days off as well. I'm now on Day 4 (without taking any breaks), and the soreness is just starting to go away. So I think it's fine to do every day, and the soreness won't last longer than a week or so.

I'm on Level 1 day 4. I love it! You can add me if you want :)

I take my synthroid as soon as I wake up in the morning with a full glass of water. Then I wait the recommended one hour to eat. It's torture because I'm starving when I wake up, but I'm afraid if I don't follow the directions perfectly, the medication might not work.

Might be a day late, but I did it. 100 crunches and 50 bicycle crunches.
