Milk is chock full of carbs anyway, stick to cream. Eat less of it would be my first thought if you worry about the calories.

My secret is to stash food I can eat -everywhere- There's almonds and pork rinds in every nook and crannies of my life. Car, desk, bedroom, workstation. If I'm never hungry. i'll never cheat out of boredom or random hunger.

Lemme tell you one thing, buttercup squash with allspice and cinnamon replaces COMPLETELY sweet potato mash for Thanksgiving. It's amazing.

Count your water, coffee etc. It's fluid entering your body, it's better than nothing. Some people have a hard time with fake sugars and it slows down their metabolism but some people don't have that issue. Do what works for you but drink your fluids :)
