    Made a grilled salmon topped with red, orange and yellow bellpeppers I sauteed in fresh garlic and olive oil. Then made sweet potato /yams seasoned w/cinnamon, vanilla extract, nutmeg and sweetened w/splenda. Huge romaine lettuce salad w/fresh pepper and cucumbers w/walnut/pomegranate vinagrette!! yummy and filling!!!!

    I worked till ten so I had salmon, veggies, and a large protein bar before. It was going to be salmon and veggies again after bu that turned into a casein shake with peanut butter and some greek yogurt.

    I had a great dinner... stir fried shrimp with red bell peppers, a little garlic & feta cheese, and stuffed zucchini (stuffed with a mix of zucchini, feta cheese, egg whites, tomato & pesto).
