  • Feel free to add me! I am 28 years old living in Alabama.
  • I am trying to get back in the habit of tracking. I was sick for awhile, so I did not track like I should have. Hopefully things will start to turn around soon.
  • Up your water intake if possible. Try drinking water before your meals, it can help suppress your appetite.
  • Good luck! It sucks when you don't like it. I personally love my shakes. Hopefully you will find a recipe you like.
  • MFP is almost always low on protein. You should aim for 100 grams a day. I rarely meet that, but protein is a good thing. You should be going over what MFP sets for you.

  • I'm 28 years old, , 5' 2", 214 pounds, goal is to get to 115. I am using Beachbody programs and Shakeology to help me reach my goal. I also enjoy 5K's and dancing. I would love some buddies for motivation!
  • I'm in the same boat with eating. I'm trying to get back on track. One thing I try to do is eat small meals every couple of hours so I don't get super hungry. It helps me with overeating. I actually just posted last night about needing to get back on the wagon. Someone advised me to make small changes. I think that's so…
  • Thanks everybody! This was all really helpful! That's why I wanted to post, because I knew this would be an encouraging community.
  • Sometimes when you feel "hungry" you're not really. Our bodies can't differentiate between hunger and thirst. Try drinking water first to see if you're really hungry. Focus on getting protein and fiber. Both keep you feeling fuller, longer.
  • I use Shakeology. It's a powder that you mix, but you can add in fruits, vegetables, milk, whatever you like. It's loaded with vitamins and nutrients, so it's really healthy for you. Plus, it's delicious and there are 3 flavors to choose from: greenberry, tropical strawberry, and chocolate.
  • I have sent you all a message about it. Glad to see so much interest in the group.
  • I'm glad to hear it! I think it's great to have a small group that helps motivate, shares ideas, successes, and failures. We can all help each other out! I'm currently part of a facebook group like this, and it has been so helpful for me!
  • Hey, I'm wanting to start a challenge group for this purpose-to support each other through our struggles and motivate each other through this journey and process. Would you be interested in joining?
