thanks for that, very helpfull advice, i currently do 20min of weights 3 times a week and cardio an hour 4-5 times, should i up my weights time do you think, and maybe eat 1500cals the days i work out.

thanks for your help guys i really appreciate it, soooo looks like i should be upping my cals a bit arrrhhh scary haha, will give it a go for a couple weeks n see how i go, and might up my weight training too. thanks again :)

Thanks for your help, i guess im scared if i eat more ill gain since im not losing at present, and yes i toatally agree with altering my composition reather than relying on the scales :)

after reading 'master your metabolism' i have decided to give up the artificial sweeteners ( i was using alot!), aside from the very odd diet soda maybe once a week. I now use stevia in my coffee, its not as sweet but will get used it. :)

Yes i agree i just finished master your metabolism this morning, what a great book,it made so much sense! it has made me really look at the crap i was putting into my body! looking forward to doing my food shopping and finding some great new whole unprocessed foods, and getting rid of the artificial sweeteners!

im the same 5'4 and want to get to 110lbs (currently 118-119)because thats where i feel my best and where all my clothes fit the best, but im not botherd if i weigh a bit more and have built muscle too, i just want to look really fit and healthy, i dont see why we cant look our best, be healthy, strong and toned. were not…

yep i have been working out heaps too and no budge, i think im going to have to be very very honest with my food diary haha. how many cals do you eat a day?
