Are you at a healthy weight for your age, height, and frame?

Here is what I'd suggest based on my personal experience:

    1) Get rid of your scale. Weighing yourself obsessively, especially while you're manipulating your weight through changing your eating habits day-to-day, is going to drive you insane. If it is too frightening to go cold turkey on your scale, maybe weigh yourself with a family member or close friend and only they see the number and they can give you feedback without telling you the exact number. What works for me is to know the range my weight is in (120-130lbs) and as long as it's in that range I don't need to know if it's 1 lbs up or .5 lbs down from the last weigh in. Your weight fluctuates every second of every day.
    2) Eat a consistent amount. The same amount every day. Your body needs the constant and continuing reassurance that it will not be starved. Focus on maintaining your weight for now instead of losing.
    3) Get some professional help. Even if you're not exercising that much any more, Eating Disorders are first and foremost mental illnesses. Just because you stop the dangerous behaviors does not mean you are recovered. Therapy might really benefit you.

    Good luck.

    Add me if you like.

here are a few things you could try

*when logging your calories make sure they are the correct amount, its so easy to underestimate and when people gain weight its most likely because they are consuming more than they need although we always want it to be some other reason.
*do heavy weights, you may have lost alot of muscle mass in your past.
*you could also try eating a little less and slowly increasing by like 100cal a day per weekn for your body to adjust because of what you were doing to it in the past.

hope you can figure it out :)
