  • Does anybody know how much fat and sodium you should be consuming each day? Does it depend on your calorie intake?
  • How did you get 1200 calories? I went by this system on here on losing 1.5 pounds or so a week and it says I get like 1500 calories or so. Maybe I should check other sites too.

  • The DVD I have for Pilates is great and focusses on weight loss. Its called Pilates conditioning for weight loss by the company GAIAM. It is 60 min long...good luck. I love it.
