  • i want to know of some too. i also can taste aspertame. it is not good for you either, i will eat sugar before i touch anything with aspertame in it. i can't stand when i go shopping and come home and find out i accidently bought a product with it in it.
  • i like a baked banana. you cut it in half both ways, then you sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on it. bake it on a cookie sheet until the peel starts to come apart from the banana. then if you'd like come cool whip. you can do this on the barbque too.

  • ever since i started this website, i have at least tried to stick with the 64 plus ounces of water. i truly believe that the water is giving me the energy to go out and do physical things. i used to sleep all the time, now i don't even feel the need to go back to sleep after my kid gets on the school plus.
