I find that if I start eating earlier in the day and eat mini meals throughout the day it's a little easier.

Whether or not your marriage works, you need to take care of yourself. A loaf of whole grain bread or a bag of tortillas, some low-fat sliced turkey breast, veggies, fruits, and a salad dressing. Start with these in your house and schedule mini meals for yourself. You'll be fine.

You may need to mix it up a bit. Bump the calories up a wee bit. Do a different sort of exercise. Examine what kinds of calories you're consuming. Increase your veggie intake. Fingers crossed this will help.
