I already have three kids and gained toooooo much weight so I'm just trying to be aware and maintain health and fitness. Good for baby and mommy.

I didn't just start an exercise program. I did a marathon previous to getting pregnant. I'm more concerned with eating too much/little. I want a healthy baby and mommy. This is my 4th child.

Yes, I was on the couch for 2 months because I was so sick but prior to that I've been extremely active.

Walking at home by Leslie Sansone is AWESOME! Any of them are good for starters. Add weights to make it more challenging.

Check out my blog. It's ALOT to explain. I lost 100 lbs and it wasn't focusing on fat/muscle. It really boils down to a calorie deficit. Most of it depends on what you put in your mouth! If you lift weights it will speed the fat loss process but will NOT make you bulky. http://www.makefatcry.com

It is NOT easy for sure. You just have to decide that you are doing it with or without your partner there. I lost 100 lbs and my sweet husband ate the way he always has the whole time! It's difficult but possible! I wrote about it on my blog. http://www.makefatcry.com
