Yes, I have had this. I have had migraines since I was about 6 years old and often intense heat, dehydration, or hunger can be a trigger. As I've gotten older (and gotten on some meds and found I have a gluten intolerance) I've found exercise much easier to tackle. I always make listening to my body a priority though. I…

Could you also be drinking too much water? I know it varies quite a bit on your exercise level etc but the Mayo Clinic recommends the following: men is roughly about 13 cups (3 liters) of total beverages a day; women is about 9 cups (2.2 liters) of total beverages a day. That's total beverage intake.

I agree with not having treat days. Adding it into your calorie goal is good. I have experienced a similar problem as you. No it doesn't. That's the app I used. When I was doing C25K (I just finished in August) I ran with that app and Runtastic; both of which are free. Runtastic is great too because you can set it to automatically update to MFP. After finishing C25K I've been using Zombies, Run which is lots of fun and they have a 5k trainer…

Yeah one of my co-workers is a hardcore outdoor winter runner so I miiigght try it. However, considering a walk to the bus stop in the winter is like death to me I doubt that will last. PanAm looks like a good option since it's nearby.
