Just calculated how many calories I would be having on my beer drinking day and it turns out that I'd be having 1710 calories. So I guess that's not too bad
-
Thanks. I've heard so many people say that swimming is both a cardio and strength training exercise
-
Another question I have is that people have said that if you're swimming you can skip weightlifting all together cause swimming works all the muscles in your body. Is this true or should I still stick to doing both?

So can I eat whatever I want for all 7 days of the week or can I only eat whatever I want for 5 days? Another question I have is have my 600 calorie days gotta be 2 days in a row or can I space it out throughout the week?

McDonald's

I've read a lot of posts in this thread that says that diet coke makes them crave more sweet things but I'm the opposite. For me diet coke helps me stop craving for sweet things as diet coke is already sweet to begin with anyway if i'm craving for something sweet I just have a can of diet coke or Coke Zero and then those…
-
Or i could always just cut my drinking down to just once a week and have that be my cheat day
-
I don't usually tend to count my drinks and what is considered moderation anyway? 5 glasses, 6 glasses, 20 glasses? I figure that as long as I'm burning off calories exercising 5 days a week then drinking vodka and diet coke twice a week shouldn't be a problem.

I think it's important to eat back you're exercise calories because if you don't you could crack and end up over eating. I made this mistake when I first wanted to start losing weight
-
You should eat back those exercise calories cause if you don't you could crack and end up overeating. I made this mistake when I first wanted to started losing weight

This! Also if you don't eat back those exercise calories you could crack and end up over eating. I made this mistake when I first wanted to start losing weight

Lol. I know McDonald's is bad for you. Everyone knows McDonald's is bad for. It just makes me happy and I find it delicious
-
So even if I eat McDonald's everyday without going over my calorie limit and exercising i'll still lose body fat?
-
It's just that for years I've always heard people say ''To lose body fat you gotta eat healthy'' and I was just curious to see if that was true
-
Weight lifting, cardio and lots of patience
-
As long as you don't go over your calorie limit for the day and be active, you can eat whatever you want. I practically live on McDonald's and I lost weight.
-
Well this thread confirms that losing weight isn't as complicated as some these other diet aide sites make it out to be
-
I practically live on McDonald's and I lost weight. I just don't go over my calorie limit for the day and I lift weights 3 times a week and walk on the treadmill everyday.
-
Yeah. chubby is the new skinny
-
i'm 5''10 and yes i am exercisng to go along with my weight loss. I use resistance bands 2 days a week and i jog on the treadill 5 days a week.
-
I usually go swimming for about 45-60 minutes a day and i go by myself so nobody is around to distract me and i'm very carefull about the amount of food i eat after i swim, and if i feel hungry i just drink a glass of water and that always helped me. I'm also on a deficit if that helps
-
Also does swimming cause temporary weight gain when you first start doing it?
-
I also heard that swimming makes you bulky but i'm on a deficit so i won't get bulky if i mix that with swimming right?
-
Sorry for my stupidity here but what does deficit mean?
