5''10 Right now my weight range is 126-128lbs

I'd rather be called skinny instead of fat
-
Reading this thread really makes me want a McDonald's
-
I weigh every morning, but because weight fluctuates I only log my weight in once a week.
-
It's stupid articles like this that make people fail on their diets
-
In my own experience I've noticed that it's mainly overweight people who tell me I'm too skinny. An overweight friend of mine said that I was too skinny and that I needed to eat a cheese burger. My response? ''Yeah, well you're too fat, and need to put down the cheese burgers''

I look like a human bobble head

Bit of an update. I've been to the doctor to make sure that there are no serious problems with me, and he said I'm perfectly healthy

1. Weigh yourself everyday. Weighing yourself daily will help you keep track of where you are. This can help you from falling off the wagon, but also remember that weight can fluctuate so don't panic if the scale goes up 1 pound 2. Even though I recommend weighing yourself daily, I also recommend logging in your weight…

I eat breakfast everyday, exercise at least 3 days a week by lifting weights and walking on the treadmill for 30-45 minutes, and I weigh myself everyday. I think it's important to weigh yourself daily, so that you can keep on top of things

I never count calories. To me, calorie counting is boring and takes the enjoyment out of eating. I just eat whenever I'm hungry, and eat whatever I feel like and weigh myself everyday to make sure that my weight is still in check. And I only log in my weight once a week as weight can fluctuate on a daily basis

I gained 80 tons! It was awful!
-
I love it when I go below my goal weight, because that day I can eat like a beast
-
I don't count calories. I eat whenever I'm hungry, and I weigh myself 3 days a week to make sure I stay within my range
-
When people say that diet soda's cause weight gain. Most diet soda's contain zero calories, and it's impossible to gain weight with zero calories. The people who gained weight drinking diet soda's were still eating too much
-
I don't count. Now I just eat when I'm hungry (Before I used to eat for the sake of eating) and I weigh myself regularly (3 days a week) to make sure that my weight stays in check. I also make sure to only drink water and diet soda's.

I maintain without counting calories. I listen to what my body is telling me and I eat whenever I'm hungry. I don't eat out of boredom or just because I like the taste of something, like I used to do before But I still weigh myself every Monday's, Wednesday's and Fridays to make sure that I don't fall completely off the…

So if the scale goes above 5 pounds to you go back to eating in a calorie deficit?
-
I like your answer. Short and straight to the point
-
Thank god. I hate strength training. An unpopular opinion I know, but I find it really boring, and I've tried everything to make it more fun, but nothing has worked.
-
I weigh every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
-
Calories is the only thing I focus on
-
When I'm feeling a little hungry I drink a can of Coca-Cola Zero. It has zero calories and it fills me up more than a glass of water
-
I drink a lot of Coca-Cola Zero and I don't know if it's helped me lose weight, but it hasn't effected my weight loss And if anyone says that diet sodas cause weight gain then they are fools. The diet soda didn't make you gain weight, it was the amount of food you ate that made you gain weight
-
Cause I'm not happy at this weight.
-
I tried doing that, but I got terrible hangovers with it. When I drink beer I get no hangovers and I'm happy with 1200 calories a day. I never feel hungry after that
-
If this means I can still lose weight without giving up my friday and saturday nights out I'll be very happy. I know that if I quite the booze I'll probably lose weight faster, but I'd rather lose weight slowly and still enjoy myself
-
Well on Mon-Thurs and Sunday I only eat about 1200 calories.
-
But I was drinking quite a bit last friday and saturday night. I thought for a fact that I went way over my calorie limit those 2 nights. Maybe I didn't take in as many calories as I thought, or going to the gym the following monday-friday made up for it

Interesting. Might do it again this weekend to see what happens
