I totally agree. Mine became regular last November. The month that I got diagnosed with pcos. Go figure. But now I'm good and I carry something all the time

I have. I swear it's like the real thing. You move and sweat just as much lol

I walk on the treadmill for 30 mins and burn 288 calories. I adjust the incline now and then.

Mine have been normal for the past year. The only thing I take is natures made woman's multivitamin. Nothing special in those vitamins.

i listen to anything..i have an app thats called tempo magic pro. It speeds up or slows the songs your listening too. Great app! especially for the treadmill. I speed up all my songs lol
