I totally forgot that I could do them on the edge of my counter. :sad:
I did my 100 - girl style but I am fairly certain my form was horrible - no arm strength! I will DEFINITELY remember my counter version for next time.0 -

i wish i could! i have arthritis in my left knee and it is so bad normal walking hurts! i can only walk on flat ground, i can not walk up or down hil and i live in Tennessee where nothing much is flat! if anyone knows what kind of exercise a "large" woman with a bad knee can do please, please let me know.0

Done! I did sets of ten. I did three sets of regular push-ups, two sets of knuckle push-ups, three sets of diamond push-ups on the counter and two sets of regular push-ups on the counter.0

Sipping first cup of coffee this morning I say to husband. "100 push ups. That's my MINI challenge? Mini?" But, I did it! I did it. It took me about all day doing 10 at a time. I did real one's, not on my knee's. So, thank you because I would never have got up today and attempted to do 100 pushups.0

I don't love push ups but I do love getting stronger & fitter!

all sorts, from the knees, from the knees on my fists, regular, off a counter @ a steep incline(@ work, glad no one walked in!), off a footstool.
