Done. 4 sets of 50 with 30 lbs on the calf extension machine at the gym.
Also did yesterday's challenge. 100 overhead tricep extenstions with 5 lbs.0 -

200 calf raises (broken into units of 25) complete! I did mine with my heels hanging off of a step and certainly felt them.0

Done! I did them at work throughout the day so I didn't have access to a step or weights, which would have been more beneficial to me since I wear super high heels on a daily basis so my calves are already engaged.0
