I'm early so I can sleep in late tomorrow :) I <3 Thursday's!

Who wants sexy legs? Strong legs?

200 CALF RAISES!

If this is your 2nd week, beat last week's number by at least 10!

Level 1: From floor
Level 2: Heels hanging off any kind of step (I do mine off edge of treadmill)
Level 3: Add weights in your hands just hanging at your sides. No weights? Get creative!

During commercials, bathroom breaks, at your desk, while cooking? Anywhere baby!

DEFINITELY stretch BEFORE , BETWEEN SETS & AFTER. Trust me!

Break them up throughout the day, all at once is not reccomended.
