Did you slowly work up to running for an hour? I usually do intervals on the treadmill but have a hard time with the running---I would love to get more time in running though.

I am struggling with this as well. I have just started to lose actual weight but I have dropped almost one dress size (and only 3 lbs.) Keep at it!

I am 42, 187 lbs., and a size 12 I 5'9" and pretty big boned---I also exercise 5 days per week.

Frankie, are you exercising every day? and do you take a "free day"? also, do you drink alcohol? I had a partial thyroidectomy 8 years ago--gained 30lbs. and have had a dreadful time getting it off.

Great tip---you need support to get through this! It is so easy to say yes to the Happy Hour or the Movie popcorn. Look for those that really can help you in your journey!
