Yesterday was: Squats 5x5 - 72.5kg Bench Press 5x5 - 40kg Pendlay Rows 5x5 - 37.5kg and then a 7.3 mile run home (first time Ive attempted this). I'm feeling it today.

Stick a spoon of cocoa powder and you're almost there. I like this one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Green-Blacks-Organic-Fairtrade-Powder/dp/B0013GALTA/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1370503634&sr=8-2&keywords=green+and+black+cocoa The bitterness of the cocoa helps with the sweetness of some vanilla flavours too.

I started just under 4 weeks ago so I'm pretty new to Stronglifts, but this is what I did yesterday: Squats, 5x5 - 65kg (143lbs) OHP, 5x5 - 27.5kg (60lbs) Deadlift, 1x5 - 67.5kg (149lbs) - this was over body weight for the first time so I was happy happy happy!! Loving lifting so far. This evening's exercise shall be a run…

I do this too. But with a little spoon of Green and Blacks cocoa powder and almond milk instead of normal. Delicious.

Even more reason for me to experiment more with peanut butter shakes.

I want it so much. Last time I gave into a peanut butter chocolate milkshake I threw up. Although that may have been to do with my raging hangover. I probably need to experiment again. Trial and error.

I read NROLFW too and then read about Stronglifts 5x5. I decided to go for Stronglifts because the workouts seem more simple and straight forward - just three compound lifts in each workout. I have still taken on board some bits and pieces from NROLFW - the biggest point I've taken is to not try to lift with too big a…

I'm on my second week of Stronglifts and got to 55kg yesterday (5x5) which is around 120 pounds. I plan to beat that in tomorrow's session. I've never thought about the short persion advantage before, but I guess I have that at 5'2".

I love them. Rather than go for the low calorie options, I tend to ask for things like the seeds and nuts so that I get more energy for my money. They will actually keep me going or give me a boost for my workout unlike the low cal ones. It's also good that they're portioned because if I just buy a pack of nuts/seed then…

OH. I'm in the UK, so it won't work for US people.

I've just recieved my free breakfast box and so I've got a new code for someone else: FVN4QNJ This is only for the free breakfast boxes, though, so you'll already have to be a graze customer. Enjoy! EDIT: Here is my code for a normal graze box for anyone who wants to try: HC2HTT6

Thanks for the code! Love my graze boxes. Looking forward to trying the breakfast.

I'm just about to sign up for the one in Scotland in August! As part of a team I don't know very well at all. I'm a road runner and I lift so hopefully if I really up my game for the next 6 months I'll be onto a winner.

Last night e^x and sin(x) went to a party. Now, sin(x) was having a bloody great time busting out his waves on the dance floor with all the other party goers until he suddenly noticed e^x sat at the bar looking glum. So sin(x) went over to his pal and asked, 'e^x, mate, what's up?' To this e^x gave out a big sigh and…

I've been on Citalopram for 2 and a half years now (with a break in between) and it hasn't ever affected my weight loss. In fact, both times I've been on it, I've lost weight. The weight loss is mostly to do with me making better choices (better diet, more exercise, less alcohol) in order to also help alleviate the…
