I just read over some of the other posts... How're your electrolytes? (Potassium, sodium, & chloride) Do you pee a lot? Could be SIADH (Syndrome of Inappropriate Anti-Diuretic Hormone)? What about Diabetes? Have you checked your sugar? It sounds like a neuropathy of some sort.

Just curious if you took the dose recommended on the bottle? Did you drink a lot of water with it or eat prior to taking it? I'm not a fan of them either. I took STACKER 3 for a while and developed a heart dysrythmia. I loved the results but it's not worth the problems to look good in a casket!

When I saw bacon I was thinking Adkins but the pasta & pizza threw me. Maybe it was whole wheat pasta? Low fat cheese? Maybe they were eating donuts, pie & cake for breakfast before? Keep doing what you're doing and maybe they'll learn good habits from you.

LOVE it! I think I'm going to go with the Greek Goddess costume. Classy but still a little sexy! There's also a Viking costume that I love and wanted for a few years so maybe I'll opt for that! Btw... a glass of chocolate milk has roughly 150 calories per 8oz serving. ALong with other nutrients and the obvious calcium benefits, you may want to try drinking some of the calories you are lacking.

You can eat 900+ calories and that's just at breakfast. Try smaller, lighter meals. Eliminate fast food (if you eat it now) and don't eat anything you can buy at a gas station!
