Dead lifts habe completely changed the shape of my butt back connection. No more square pants

I strength train every other day in the very early morning with either 10 min on the elliptical or arc trainer. One weekend day is usually leg day (today core instead) and a 45 min go at the cardio. Was thinking that I would add a Zumba one day a week. I miss dance class

I can eat back about 20% of this apps estimation and still lose 2 lb a week.

Good for marinade and the occasional hair rinse

My way not to cheat is to not have it on hand. I only keep I house what I need for the week. Pre portioned, weighed. If I take an extra snack bag, I won't be getting one tomorrow. Anyone who lives here, who wants to eat junk, can do it before they get home. Home is where the bad choices aren't

I'm eating 1400 a day and am usually hungry. I am just getting used to it

I grew a kombucha for a while. Didn't notice any great health benifit. Stank up the house big-time. It's taste was interesting but not worth the work in my opinion

Digital scale gives you a much different result than measuring. Especially light snacks, i usually get more. But things like nuts and fruit are less.

Just an observation, i don't know anything about OA, but when i eat sugar it trigger my hunger like crazy. Just a little bit and I'm hungry for a few days. I do better in all areas of my life when I'm not eating it. My mind is clearer. My skin looks better.

I had a weight Watchers scale a while back that had half a dozen different features. But, every single time I stepped on it it would give me a new number. Wide swing of weights. Got a Salter dial scale and it is very accurate.

I'd just thank him and toss it in secret. Then some days later tell him real easy future gifts could be pedicure gift certs... or whatever floats your boat. I like that he is getting you things.. It isn't the gift it is that he thought about what you like.. liked.

I have tried every "diet" out there. Not a whole lot of success. I have finally given into what has always worked that I have been talked out of 2 dozen times. I eat once a day. Whatever is being served is what I have. 1 time. I drink lemon water, black coffee and green tea most of the day. I try to lift heavy things…

I figure anything that leaves me breathless is good for my endurance. I am not big on the 'cardio for weightloss' thing. But, I do find that it serves the purpose of what I want to do. The treadmill hurts all of my joints i find it worse than stairs on my knees.

I use the samsung app built into my phone. I also sometimes use pokemon go (go ahead and mock). The samsung app works much better. It is super accurate. Pokemon, not so great. Its funner but not accurate.

I like zumba and swimming for endurance but, for good health and tight booty i must lift.

Kay because other people don't have is no reason to continue damaging your progress to healthy. Most food kitchens and public pantries won't take opened packages. Don't make people feel bad for getting rid of unhealthy things.

In my opinion you have 2 choices, toss it all in the trash. That is the way my kitchen went this morning. Or portion and freeze everything. Count your treat daily, til they are gone. I wish i could be one of the latter types.

You have a brand new day today. Have a healthy breakfast. Take your walk and feel great that you already know how to do it.

The old WW core program was so great. A list of super healthy foods you could eat until full and then a small bank of calories to use on less healthy choices. Truth is i am way more in control of my eating using mfp. And i am building more muscle with calorie control.

As a severely sight impaired person i hold on to the rail. My jaunty booty says it does count.

I only read the first post so forgive me if I am repeating what others have said. I did this same thing for years. You are eating more than you think. You must weigh every bite in grams not ounces. At 250 you should be somewhere near 1600 a day. Get some exercise in. Not possible for the human body to not lose at 1200.

Amazing progress.

This is a serious situation that only a doctor should advise you on. I am surprised that you didn't get more instruction from your cardiologist. You can use cardio training to strengthen your heart muscle but is your heart strong enough to handle it?

Carbs give me some bloating at my waist, no matter the quantity. It resolves a few hours later.

That's great. Can't wait till I'm in your shoes. Not your actual shoes, but, you know.

I had been working out for about 4 months without much of a loss before Phentermine. The first month I lost 22 pounds on just a half dose a day. I stopped taking it mid month 2 because my weightless slowed to normal 2 lb a week. It really helped me a bunch. But, it isn't effective long.

This has only happened to me once so far. The man who lives in the condo below mine has been taken by ambulance a few times for out of control blood pressure. He caught me and my dog running around the trees downstairs 2 weeks ago and said I looked really healthy (I was over the moon that he called me healthy). He then…

Not at all talking about basic ingredients. I am talking about the proven falsehoods on American food lables. Diet food especially. When tested in labs it is regularly 30% higher in calories than reported. Argue all you like but there is a reason people who regularly eat prepared food, even diet food, don't lose. It is…

Coffee, black Yerba mate tea - helps my aging brain. Seltzer -especially vanilla orange flavor. Or cherry Hint water For milkish drinks I like the unsweetened almond and coconut milk. For alcohol I really like the deep Eddy lemon vodka singles 65 calories each I don't do juice, soda (not even diet), cow milk. I am not a…
