Fat all my life

I've always been heavy and started to lose weight 2 or so years ago. After lots of failures I finally found something that worked for me.... Running 5k every couple of days walking my dog 3 or so miles every night having an active job and occasionally visiting the gym, along with a healthy diet. At 10st 9 I was only starting to realise that I had lost the weight then I started uni and within 4 months I had put on 2 stone... I'm really struggling with the motivation to get started again and constantly feel down from having put the weight back on.

Its okay, nobody is perfect! Just get going again ! Think about why your last attempt to keep the weight off did not work and why ? Think about the things you can do differently this time so you will be able to keep the weight off this time

Everybody has bumps in the road. Don't focus on the failures and refocus on your future and your goals!0 -
You have a brand new day today. Have a healthy breakfast. Take your walk and feel great that you already know how to do it.0
