Ha! I wanted to quote one, but I just love all these responses! In summary though; walking is better than nothing, and walking with a crazy large dog is definitely exercise!! Anyone who says otherwise can take mine out for a stroll :bigsmile:

Mine is actually about 385. It all depends on what you put on it. That is what I have loved the most about utilizing MFP, I learn what is actually in what I eat, and how to accomodate accordingly. You can definitely make accomodations to Subway to make your sandwich a healthier choice. :smile:

I responded before yours popped up. Do you notice that it doesn't track things acurately other than walking/running? That is my concern as I am pretty good at getting myself moving in that way already. (Ok, I can't take credit, my large active dogs are good at getting me moving!)

This has been said multiple times I see, but dry shampoo works wonders! I use Psssst brand and love it. I also use a hair "refresher" by treseme that smells nice. It doesn't do anything on its own in terms of addressing sweaty hair, but when used on top of the dry shampoo it really helps to freshen it up. Kudos for working…
