More fruit, veggies, salads, whole grain, and lean protein. HEART HEALTHY FATS!!! If you lower sugar and carve, you'll see change very rapidly. You can do it but maybe do some research. Based on your diary you definitely won't lose currently but if you really want to I think you can. :)

In honesty, I just learned the hard way that alcohol and calorie deficits are NOT friends. I drank a beer a couple of weeks ago and about 45 minutes later my blood sugar crashed so hard. Lesson: Make sure you've had adequate nutrition during the day if you're going to drink at night.

Haha, I bet NY pizza is so much better than anything "chain". So, my parents LOVE Domino's thin crust with ham and pineapple and then...this is weird...but they have them sprinkle jalapeno juice on top. It's freaking delicious. If you stick to a normal portion and fit in a big salad with healthy dressing, I don't see why…

I have been looking into that. Good suggestion. It seems like my docs always look at my bp and say "looks great, I wish all my patients looked like that" and I'm thinking are you not looking at my pulse?!? I take it when I'm sitting down at work, not stressed or anything and its always high. :/

That's what bugs me about it. It isn't normal. But like I said, I drnk a lot of water, exercise (cardio and strength training), and get plenty of sodium (I like salt but I eat a normal amount, not too much). I actually crave salt and struggle to stay hydrated but I have really increased my water intake in the last 6…
