I'm 5'10" and started at 325. I joined in September 2010. Today I go from 192 to 195 but my waist is still shrinking. I am where I want to be with my weight but still seeing improvements in my body!

I'm 5'10" Started at 325 sept 2010 Been on MFP about a year Currently 195 I am where I want to be. My weight fluctuates but I see a total transformation. I workout 5days a week and can see a huge difference.

Not sure if this will help you or not but when I spoke to a nutritionist they kinda laid it out this way. Protein should be about 30% of your calorie intake Fat should be 20% Carbs should be about 50% So for example let's say you were on a 1300 cal/day diet it would look like this 90g protein (30% of calories) 360 calories…

You can't look at this as a diet!!! It is a lifestyle change. Are you doing any cardio or other kind of exercise? It will come just stay with it. Add me if you like!!!!

I weigh in about once a week. The bigger test for me is cloths. I have some cloths that didn't fit and now they do. Remember we gain muscle mass which will not show a loss on a scale. Just start eating healthy and you will see progress.....this is a lifestyle change not a diet! Add me if you want!!!

I could not agree more. I workout and as I build muscle the weight losses seem less and less......the one day I tried on a pair of jeans that I know were very tight on me a few weeks ago.....now fit and feel good. I like to see the numbers go down but I know it doesn't always represent the hard we we all do!!!

That is awesome. I do a 45 second and 2 30 planks....trying to build up to at least 1 minute. I also do 350 crunches
